Refund policy
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and tags intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at contact@sahalibrary.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
We do not charge a restocking fee, and we do not accept returns on final sale items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at hello@sahalibrary.com so we can resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care goods (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials or flammable items
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The best way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging and tags intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
