Mastic Gum, 20g

Mastic is a natural resin that comes from trees grown only on the Greek island of Chios. It's been harvested by hand for thousands of years and it shows in the taste.

You can chew it straight, use it in baking, stir it into desserts, or add it to ice cream. Each piece softens slowly as you chew, releasing a clean, aromatic flavour with hints of pine and citrus.

Place 2–4 pieces in your mouth and chew gently. The pieces can be re-chewed later if stored cleanly. A 20g bag typically lasts 2–5 weeks depending on use.
