Elderberries, Apple Pieces, Hibiscus, Roasted Dandelion Root, Hawthorn, Nettle, Elderflower, Freeze-dried Blackcurrant, Blackberry Leaves, Freeze-dried Blackberry, Freeze-dried Raspberry, Freeze-dried Strawberry, Natural Flavouring

Brewing Instructions:

• Use one teaspoon per cup
• Heat water to 100°C
• Infuse for 3-5 minutes
• Drink without milk
